QUINCEAÑERA

· La familia debe de ser miembro de una Iglesia Católica y estar registrados.

​

· Si no están registrados en esta parroquia necesitan traer una carta de la Iglesia donde participan.

​

· Asistir a misa regularmente.

​

· Estar bautizada y haber recibido su primera comunión.

​

· Estar inscrita en un programa de confirmación o educación religiosa.

​

· Llenar una solicitud en la oficina parroquial 5 meses antes de la fecha deseada.

​

· Asistir a un retiro para prepararse para celebrar sus XV años y a un ensayo uno o dos días previos a la celebración.  La secretaria le hablará para darle la fecha y hora.

​

· Una donación a la Iglesia de $250.00 o mas dependiendo de su registro en la parroquia.

​

· Un depósito de $50.00 cuando se le confirme la fecha, el cual no es reembolsable si cancela la celebración de la quinceañera.

​

· Debido a nuestra limitación en tiempo  y espacio cabe la posibilidad que en la misma misa se celebren 2 quinceañeras.

​

· Las damas y chambelanes deben ser mayores de 12 años de edad.

​

· En la Misa no esta incluido el coro.  La familia será responsable de contratar un coro asegurándose de que sepan cantar la misa.

Al entregar esta forma de solicitud para Quinceañera esta usted firmando que cumple y esta de acuerdo con los requisitos.

By submitting this application form for the Quinceañera you are signing that you agree and are in accordance with the requirements.

  • The quinceañera must have the sacrament of baptism and first communion and be receiving the preparation to receive the confirmation or having already received it.

  • The quinceañera must attend a preparation retreat (if she is not in the confirmation program)

  • The date and time of the celebration are approved and confirmed by the priest only.

  • There is the possibility of more than one quinceañera in the same celebration.

  • In case of being two quinceañeras, names and phone numbers will be exchanged so that they can agree with the arrangements and the choir, readers, etc.

  • The arrangements and the choir ( if you want to have one) are the responsibility of the quinceañeras family.

  • A deposit of $50.00 is required to set the date once the priest has authorized the celebration and the total must be paid at least one week before the date of the celebration. ( There will be no refund of the deposit in case the celebration is canceled.)

  • You must maintain communication in the office during the process of preparation for the celebration.

  • The quinceañera and parents must attend a rehearsal with all the participants of the celebration including the damas and chambelanes the same week of the celebration (the date and time will be indicated that same week)

  • The damas and chambelanes must be over 12 years old.
